Job Description
• Load and unload product on a continuous moving powder coating line
• Follow work order instructions to ensure proper hooks and hanging methods are used
• Prepare product for powder coating by plugging and masking as required
• Stack product properly onto skids/racks
• Perform visual inspection of product before unloading from the line
• Scan in/out of JobBoss System as required
• Follow work order instructions
• Follow all ISO and safety procedures
• Keep Powder Department area safe, clean and organized at all times
• Use all safety equipment supplied
• Continual performance improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions to carry out work order instructions
• Ability to perform all physical requirements, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the daily demands of production
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and procedures
• Flexible to work day or afternoon shifts, overtime and weekends as required
• Team player who will work in other departments as assigned
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the job
