How do I purchase CBM products?

CBM sells AV Solutions and Cash Drawers through a network of dealers and distributors. CBM AV Dealers service a wide range of markets including residential, educational, business, religion, digital signage, government, medical, entertainment and hospitality.

CBM manufactures a full line of  Cash Drawers, POS Peripherals, Removable Money Trays & Anti Theft Vaults which are distributed through dealers, distributors and OEM customers for a wide variety of retail solutions.

How do I find a local dealer?

To find a CBM dealer in your area click here to proceed to our Find a Dealer page on this website, then select the product line you inquiring about before entering your location. You may also contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to recommend a dealer.

Where is CBM located?

CBM is located in Milton, Ontario, Canada (near Toronto) with a US office in Niagara Falls, New York. Please see a map of our location here.

How do I get pricing information?

Dealers can contact Customer Service or the appropriate Product Manager by email from the Contact List page. We can also be reached by phone or fax via the numbers listed on the Contact page.

What is your damaged goods/return policy?

Return Policy 

No return will be accepted without prior written authorization.  Contact CBM for return authorization forms (RA).  There is a 25% restocking charge on all non-defective returns.   All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Credit will be given for freight charges for return of defective goods only.  All returns must be shipped in original factory cartons as received.  No credits will be given for shipping of damaged goods.

No returns will be authorized for non-defective custom products fabricated to customer's specifications. 

Freight Damaged Claims 

Damaged, lost or shorted shipments are the responsibility of the motor carrier and must be promptly reported.  Any shortages or obvious damage to the cartons or product must be filed within 15 days of delivery.  Failure to follow these procedures will negate the possibility of a successful claim.  Any loss as the result of improper receiving or untimely claims is the consignee's responsibility.

Are CBM products covered under a warranty?

CBM Ltd. guarantees its products against failure or defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any uses contrary to the instructions accompanying the product.  The foregoing are the purchaser's exclusive remedies CBM Ltd. assumes no liability for special or consequential damages.  Replacement product may be obtained by returning the product, transportation charges prepaid, together with a receipt of purchase or other documents acknowledging the sale.
